Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``HIV Prevention Now Act''. SEC. 2. FUNDING FOR NATIONAL CENTER FOR HIV, VIRAL HEPATITIS, STD, AND TUBERCULOSIS PREVENTION. (a) In General.--There is hereby appropriated for programs and activities of the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention $2,165,000,000 for fiscal year 2026. (b) Treatment of Funds.--Funds made available under subsection (a)-- (1) shall be in addition to other amounts appropriated to the Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; (2) shall be used exclusively for the purposes specified in subsection (a); and (3) may not be transferred to any entity other than the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention. <all>
