Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Protecting Girls' Sports for Military Kids Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON MALE PARTICIPATION IN FEMALE SPORTS AT DODEA SCHOOLS. (a) In General.--A male student may not participate in a female sport at a school operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity. (b) Definitions.--In this section: (1) Female.--The term ``female'' refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses eggs for fertilization. (2) Female sport.--The term ``female sport'' means an athletic program or activity designated exclusively for participation by students who are female. (3) Male.--The term ``male'' refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses sperm for fertilization. <all>
