     To codify Executive Order 14212, relating to establishing the 
           President's Make America Healthy Again Commission.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Make America Healthy Again Act of 
2025''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14212.

    Executive Order 14212 (90 Fed. Reg. 9833; relating to establishing 
the President's Make America Healthy Again Commission) shall have the 
force and effect of law.
