                                 A BILL


 
 To prohibit the Federal Communications Commission from requiring any 
 entity regulated by the Commission to align the speech of such entity 
with the political ideology of any presidential administration, and for 
                            other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Freedom from Regulatory Enforcement 
and Evaluation of Speech Policies to Ensure Editorial Choice Holds Act 
of 2025'' or the ``FREE SPEECH Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION.

    The Federal Communications Commission may not require any entity 
regulated by the Commission to align the speech of such entity with the 
political ideology of any presidential administration, including 
through any rule or order issued by the Commission or as a condition of 
granting approval for a merger or acquisition or any other approval 
required by the Commission.
