Mr. Biggs of Arizona introduced the following bill; which was referred 
                   to the Committee on the Judiciary

 To make orders of removal publicly available, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Deportation Disclosure Act''.

SEC. 2. PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ORDERS OF REMOVAL.

    Section 240 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1229a) 
is amended--
            (1) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f); and
            (2) by inserting after subsection (d) the following:
    ``(e) Publication of Final Orders of Removal.--The Secretary of 
Homeland Security shall publish on the website of the Department of 
Homeland Security the name of each individual who has received a final 
order of removal after the date of enactment of this subsection, along 
with--
            ``(1) a photograph of the individual;
            ``(2) any aliases of the individual; and
            ``(3) the last known State in which the individual 
        resided.''.
