Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Protect Our Clothes from PFAS Act''. SEC. 2. MODIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR GARMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED WATER RESISTANT. Additional U.S. Note 2 to chapter 62 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking the second sentence. <all>
