        franchise history;

        defensive plays to win a Super Bowl and the third youngest head coach to

        combined);
Whereas quarterback Sam Darnold threw for 202 yards with one touchdown and no
        interceptions;
Whereas the Seahawks' defense recorded six sacks, forced three turnovers, and
        dominated throughout, holding the Patriots scoreless for three quarters;

        end AJ Barner following a Patriots fumble early in the fourth quarter;
Whereas linebacker Uchenna Nwosu returned an interception 45 yards for a
        touchdown, helping to seal the Seahawks' victory;
Whereas Washington State proudly recognizes Cooper Kupp and Shane Lemieux of
        Yakima, and Abraham Lucas of Everett, whose exceptional talent and
        dedication on the field reflect the talent, determination, and character
