       Dismissing the election contest relating to the office of 
 Representative from the Twenty-eighth Congressional District of Texas.

    Resolved, That the election contest relating to the office of 
Representative from the Twenty-eighth Congressional District of Texas 
is dismissed on the grounds of untimely filing with the House of 
Representatives.
