Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Improving Access to Addiction Medicine Providers Act''. SEC. 2. MINORITY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM. Section 597 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ll) is amended-- (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting ``diagnosis,'' after ``related to''; and (2) in subsection (b), by inserting ``addiction medicine,'' after ``psychiatry,''. <all>
