Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Special Diabetes Program Reauthorization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF PROGRAMS. (a) Special Diabetes Programs for Type I Diabetes.--Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-2(b)(2)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (F), by striking ``; and'' and inserting a semicolon; (2) in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(H) $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027, to remain available until expended; and ``(I) $40,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2027, and ending on December 31, 2027, to remain available until expended.''. (b) Special Diabetes Program for Indians.--Section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-3(c)(2)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (F), by striking ``; and'' and inserting a semicolon; (2) in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(H) $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027, to remain available until expended; and ``(I) $40,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2027, and ending on December 31, 2027, to remain available until expended.''. <all>
