Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Say No to Indoctrination Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON TEACHING GENDER IDEOLOGY. Section 8526 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7906) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (6), by striking ``or''; (2) by redesignating paragraph (7) as paragraph (8); and (3) by inserting after paragraph (6) the following: ``(7) to teach or advance concepts related to gender ideology, as defined in section 2 of Executive Order 14168 (90 Fed. Reg. 8615; relating to defending women from gender ideology extremism and restoring biological truth to the Federal government); or''. <all>
