Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Intelligence Community Property Security Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY PROPERTY. (a) In General.--The National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``SEC. 1115. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY PROPERTY. ``(a) In General.--It shall be unlawful, within the jurisdiction of the United States, without authorization to access any property that-- ``(1) is under the jurisdiction of an element of the intelligence community; and ``(2) has been clearly marked as closed or restricted. ``(b) Penalties.--Any person who violates subsection (a) shall-- ``(1) in the case of the first offense, be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 180 days, or both; ``(2) in the case of the second offense, be fined under such title, imprisoned for not more than 3 years, or both; and ``(3) in the case of the third or subsequent offense, be fined under such title, imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both.''. (b) Clerical Amendment.--The table of contents preceding section 2 of such Act is amended by adding at the end the following: ``Sec. 1115. Unauthorized access to intelligence community property.''. <all>
