A BILL
To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to publicly release, in
full, the unclassified report titled ``U.S. Telecommunications
Insecurity 2022'', and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Telecom Cybersecurity Transparency
Act''.
SEC. 2. FULL RELEASE OF UNCLASSIFIED REPORT.
Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the
Secretary of Homeland Security shall publicly release, in full, the
unclassified report titled ``U.S. Telecommunications Insecurity 2022''
that was prepared for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security
Agency under a contract through the Science and Technology Directorate
of the Department of Homeland Security.
