Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Common-Sense Law Enforcement and Accountability Now in DC Act'' or the ``CLEAN DC Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF COMPREHENSIVE POLICING AND JUSTICE REFORM AMENDMENT ACT OF 2022. The Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24-345) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by that Act shall be restored or revived as if that Act had not been enacted into law. <all>
