  Under clause 9 of rule XXI, lists or statements on congressional 
earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited tariff beneftis were

       The provisions that warranted a referral to the Committee 
     on Rules in on H.J. Res. 24, ``Providing for congressional 
     disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, 
     of the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to 
     ``Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards 
     for Walk-In Coolers and Walk-In Freezers'' do not contain any 
     congressional earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited 
     tariff benefits as defined in clause 9 of rule XXI.

       The provisions that warranted a referral to the Committee 
     on Rules in on H.J. Res. 75, ``Providing for congressional 
     disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, 
     of the rule submitted by the Office of Efficiency and Renewal 
     Energy, Department of Energy relating to ``Energy 
     Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for 
     Commercial Refrigerators, Freezers, and Refrigerator-
     Freezers'' do not contain any congressional earmarks, limited 
     tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits as defined in clause 
     9 of rule XXI.
