 REQUEST TO CONSIDER H. CON. RES. 33, INSTALLATION OF PLAQUE HONORING 
 LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHO RESPONDED TO VIOLENCE AT THE CAPITOL ON 
                            JANUARY 6, 2021

  Mr. JEFFRIES. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on House Administration be discharged from further consideration of H. 
Con. Res. 33, a bill directing the Architect of the Capitol to install 
at a permanent location on the western front of the United States 
Capitol an honorific plaque listing the names of all of the officers of 
the United States Capitol Police, the Metropolitan Police Department of 
the District of Columbia, and other Federal, State, and local law 
enforcement agencies and protective entities who responded to the 
violence that occurred at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, 
and ask for its immediate consideration in the House.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Under guidelines consistently issued by the 
successive Speakers, as recorded in section 956 of the House Rules and 
Manual, the Chair is constrained not to entertain the request unless it 
has been cleared by the bipartisan floor and committee leaderships.
