  The SPEAKER pro tempore laid before the House the following

       Dear Mr. Speaker: Pursuant to section 1(k) of House 
     Resolution 895, One Hundred Tenth Congress, and section 4(d) 
     of House Resolution 5, One Hundred Nineteenth Congress, I 
     transmit to you notification that the following individuals 
     each have signed an agreement not to be a candidate for the 
     office of Senator or Representative in, or Delegate or 
     Resident Commissioner to, the Congress for purposes of the 
     Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 until at least 3 years 
     after they are no longer a member of the board or staff of 
     the Office of Congressional Conduct:
       Karen L. Haas, Grace Liberman, Bill Luther, Lorraine C. 
     Miller, Lynn A. Westmoreland, Omar Ashmawy, Indhira Benitez, 
     Docktrel Cromartie, Kristina Crump, Helen Eisner, Jean-Paul 
     Theroux, Peter Tilly, Amber Venzon.
       Copies of the signed agreements will be retained by the 
     Office of the Clerk as part of the records of the House.
