Amendment reduces the total overhead spending of agriculture-related agencies by 10 percent or a total of $74 million.
An amendment to reduce selected amounts appropriated for certain agencies by a uniform 10 percent for each program named. In relation to the bill's total appropriation of approximately $59 billion, the specified cuts amount to approximately $74 million dollars.
