Amendment sought to reduce the authorization for the Agency for International Development's Office of Capital Projects by $600 million.


An amendment to reduce the amount of funds set aside in the bill for the Agency for International Development Office of Capital Projects to $100 million for each fiscal year 1992 and 1993. The bill urges the President to set aside at least $650 million of the $700 million in funds made available in FY 1993 for certain economic assistance programs to be used for such capital projects.
