Description: H.Amdt. 392 — 103rd Congress (1993-1994)
Amendment redefines which retail food stores can accept food stamp coupons; allows information provided by retail food stores to be shared with law enforcement officials; and requires that the Secretary of Agriculture spend up to $4 million on pilot projects designed to improve the investigation and prosecution of food stamp trafficking.
Amendment in the nature of a substitute inserts a complete new text.
