Amendment adds language expressing as the sense of the House of Representatives that the Department of Justice should repudiate its reinterpretation of Federal child pornography laws, defend the conviction won in lower courts in the Knox case, and vigorously prosecute sexual exploitation of children.


An amendment to express that it is the sense of Congress that child pornograpy is a crime deserving full prosecution under federal child pornography statutes, and that the brief submitted by the Justice Department for the case Knox v. U.S. represents a misinterpretation of those statutes.
