An amendment considered to have been adopted pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 183. The effect of the amendment is to modify the text of the bill to (1) provide that $80 million of the bill's $320 million appropriation for summer jobs for youth will be spent on the Youth Fair Chance Program to train long-term unemployed; (2) eliminate the bill's rescission of Economic Development Administration funds for the Fort Worth Stockyards, and increase the rescission of the Economic Development Revolving Fund by an equal amount; and (3) increase the bill's appropriation for EPA grants to state revolving loan funds for sewage treatment plant construction by $90 million, and offset the increase with rescissions.
