Amendment deletes language prohibiting funding for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to develop or issue standards or guidelines regarding ergonomic protection.
An amendment to delete the provisions in the bill to prohibit the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from the development, promulgation, or issuance of any proposed or final standard or guideline regarding ergonomic protection and to prohibit data collection and reporting on ergonomically related occupational injuries and illnesses.
