Amendment originally sought to provide $20 million for counterterrorism technology. \ As amended by the Rogers substitute amendment (A008), the above was replaced with language that provides $10 million for counterterrorism technology with such funds coming from technology programs under the local law enforcement block grant program.


An amendment to provide $20 million for anti-terrorism technology, such as bomb detections and communication devices, to help fight both domestic and international terrorism.
