Amendment requires the President to consider public health priorities developed by State and local governments.

Purpose:

An amendment to modify the provisions of the bill that direct the President to issue biennial reports to Congress on recommended priorities for the modification or elimination of existing Federal regulatory programs. The amendment would direct the President to consider priorities developed and submitted by State, local, and tribal governments.
