At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ PROHIBITION OF ASSISTANCE TO CAMBODIA \ SEC. . (a) None of the funds appropriated in this Act may be made available to the Government of Cambodia. (b) None of the funds appropriated in this Act for the International Development Association, the International Monetary Fund, or the Asian Development Bank may be used for any loan to the Government of Cambodia.

Purpose:

An amendment to provide that none of the funds appropriated in the bill may be made available to the Government of Cambodia and further stipulates that none of the funds appropriated for IDA, IMF, or ADB may be used for any loan to the Government of Cambodia.
