An amendment expressing the sense of the Congress that U.S. business interests should not be placed above U.S. national security interests and that the U.S. should not enter into new agreements with the People's Republic of China involving space or missile-related technology. Amendment is numbered 92 and made in order as the first amendment of part A of House report 105-544.
