Description: H.Amdt. 474 — 106th Congress (1999-2000)
Amendment authorizes the establishment of a temporary pilot program under which milk producers and cooperatives are authorized to voluntarily enter into forward price contracts with milk handlers.
Amendment no. 2 printed in part B of H.Rept. 106-324 to establish a temporary pilot program under which milk producers and cooperatives are authorized to voluntarily enter into forward price contrcts with milk handlers. The pilot program applies to milk that is not classified as Class I or otherwise intended for fluid use.
