Amendment no. 60 printed in the Congressional Record to reduce Export-Import Bank Subsidy Appropriations by $15 million and Administrative Expenses by $3 million and increase funding for Child Survival and Health Programs Fund by $5 million for vulnerable children programs and $13 million for HIV/AIDS programs.
