Amendment, as amended by the Taylor (NC) amendment (A024), prohibits the use of funds by the Bureau of Land Management to use the recordable disclaimer regulations with regard to any lands within a designated national monument, wilderness study area, National Park Service unit, National Wildlife Refuge System unit, or lands within the national wilderness preservation system.
An amendment numbered 1 printed in the Congressional Record of July 15, 2003 that none of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement amendments to Bureau of Land Management regulations on Recordable Disclaimers of Interest in Land.
