An amendment to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the crash of TWA Flight 800 by offering the condolences of the U.S. Congress to the surviving families and friends of the 230 passengers and crew who perished as a result of the crash and to recognize the imporatnce of continually upgrading aircraft technology, particularly with regard to the flammibility of fuel tanks, to safeguard the flying public.
