An amendment numbered 7 printed in the Congressional Record to add a new section at the end of the bill which prohibits the use of funds from being made available to design or construct forest development roads in the Tongass National Forest for the purpose of harvesting timber by private entities or individuals. The above provision shall not apply with respect to a forest development road for which construction is initiated before the date of the enactment of this Act.
