At the end of division F (before the short title), insert the following: SEC. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final regulations on "Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses" published by the Department of Labor in the Federal Register on May 12, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 29624 et seq.).
