Amendment increases funding for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) by $900,000, with the intent to obligate that $900,000 to the Firefighter Cancer Registry within NIOSH and offset this increase by reducing General Departmental Management funding for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) by $900,000.
