Purpose

Purpose:

To decrease the amount of acreage from 40,000 to 37,187 acres which the Yuma-Mesa Division is allowed to irrigate, providing that any of the surplus aggregate water which the Secretary of the Interior does not use in fulfilling his obligation to the Indians goes to the Central Arizona Project, etc. and for other purposes.
