An amendment to strike "Turkish" from the phrase "Ottoman Turkish Empire" in the citation of the government that was responsible for the genocide perpetrated on 1.5 million people of armenian ancestry between 1915 and 1932. The amendment adds that the genocide was perpetrated by governments prior to the establishment of the Republic of Turkey.
As of the purpose for this amendment has not been received.
