Fair Housing for Americans of All Ages Act of 1989 - Amends the Fair Housing Act to repeal the prohibitions with respect to familial status-based discrimination.
Directs the United States Commission on Civil Rights to: (1) conduct a study of familial status-based housing discrimination; and (2) report the results of such study to the Congress.
