United Services Organization's 50th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue not more than a specified number of one dollar silver coins to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the United Services Organization (USO).
Requires surcharges from the sale of such coins to be deposited in a coinage profit fund and used to fund USO programs and to reduce the national debt.
Directs the Secretary to report to the Congress semiannually on activities under this Act.
