Deems a named deceased U.S. District Court Judge, for purposes of his widow's entitlement to survivors' annuities, to have met specified requirements relating to salary and creditable service.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to make a lump sum payment of annuities to such widow and a payment to the Judicial Survivors' Annuity Fund.
