To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to make the lower St. Johns
River, Florida, eligible for priority consideration under the national
estuary program.

Mr. BENNETT introduced the following bill; which was referred jointly to the
Committees on Public Works and Transportation and Merchant Marine and Fisheries
A BILL
To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to make the lower St. Johns
River, Florida, eligible for priority consideration under the national
estuary program.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled, That section 320(a)(2)(B) of the
  Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1330(a)(2)(B)) is amended by
  inserting `lower St. Johns River, Florida;' after `Sarasota Bay, Florida;'.
