Filipino World War II Veterans Naturalization Act of 1989 - Provides for the naturalization of Filipino World War II veterans who served honorably and in active-duty status in the U.S. armed forces, including the Philippine Army, the Philippine Scouts, and recognized guerilla units at any time between September 1, 1939, and December 1, 1946.
Requires naturalization applications to be filed within two years of the date of enactment of this Act.
Waives related residency requirements for such veterans.
