Establishes the Amistad National Recreation Area, Texas. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to administer such area. Subjects such area's administration to specified treaties between the United States and Mexico. Requires the Secretary to survey the cultural resources in the vicinity of the recreation area.
Authorizes hunting and fishing in such area except in designated zones.
Authorizes the Secretary to enter into agreements with any Federal agency, the State of Texas, or any political subdivision thereof for the provision of rescue, firefighting, and law enforcement services for such area.
