Mr. GORDON submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the
Committee on House Administration
RESOLUTION
Making the official expenses allowance of Members of the House
of Representatives available for printing and production of newsletters
containing directories of State, local, and nonprofit private programs that
provide drug counseling, treatment, and information.
  Resolved,
SECTION 1. OFFICIAL EXPENSES ALLOWANCE TO BE AVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN NEWSLETTERS.
  The official expenses allowance of each Member of the House
  of Representatives shall be available for printing and production of
  newsletters containing directories of State, local, and nonprofit private
  programs that provide drug counseling, treatment, and information.
SEC. 2. DEFINITION.
  As used in this resolution, the term `Member of the House of Representatives'
  means a Representative in, or a Delegate or Resident Commissioner to,
  the Congress.
