Waiving certain points of order against consideration of the conference report

Mr. FROST, from the Committee on Rules, reported the following resolution;
which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be printed
RESOLUTION
Waiving certain points of order against consideration of the conference report
on the bill (S. 566) to authorize a new Housing Opportunities Partnerships
program to support State and local strategies for achieving more affordable
housing, and to increase homeownership, and for other purposes, and against
its consideration.
  Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in order
  to consider the conference report on the bill (S. 566) to authorize
  a new Housing Opportunities Partnerships program to support State and
  local strategies for achieving more affordable housing; and to increase
  homeownership; and for other purposes, and all points of order against
  the conference report and against its consideration are hereby waived. The
  conference report shall be considered as having been read when called up
  for consideration.
