Mr. MONTGOMERY (by request) introduced the following bill; which was referred
to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs
A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to eliminate the delimiting date for
spouses and surviving spouses eligible for benefits under chapter 35.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ELIMINATION OF DELIMITING DATE.
  Subsections (b) and (e) of section 1712 of title 38, United States Code,
  are repealed.
