Authorizes the Attorney General to bring an action to impose a civil fine, and to enjoin a violation, for falsely using the term "visiting nurse association," "visiting nurse service," "VNA," VNS," or any imitation of such terms.
Makes the remedies provided under this Act in addition to the remedies provided by any other law.
