Environmental Programs Assistance Act of 1984 Amendments of 1992 - Amends the Environmental Programs Assistance Act of 1984 to require older workers authorized to be used in connection with pollution control programs administered by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to have the same access as Federal employees have to, and be subject to the same penalties for disclosure of, confidential business information submitted pursuant to any contract with the United States, obtained by an EPA employee, or submitted in connection with the: (1) Solid Waste Disposal Act; (2) Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980; (3) Federal Water Pollution Control Act; (4) Clean Air Act; (5) Public Health Service Act; (6) Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; (7) Toxic Substances Control Act; (8) Noise Control Act of 1972; (9) Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; or (10) Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986.
Makes such individuals subject to Federal criminal code provisions concerning ethics and conflict of interests.
