Space Advertising Prohibition Act - Amends the Commercial Space Launch Act to prohibit the use of outer space for advertising purposes.
Prohibits the importation into the United States of goods manufactured, assembled, distributed, or sold by any person who is, or has been, engaged in space advertising.
