National Immunization Improvement Act of 1993 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a program to award grants to States for the development and operation of computerized State registries to collect, track, and monitor immunization data with respect to children. Authorizes appropriations.
Requires the Secretary to conduct specified activities to improve Federal, State, and local vaccine delivery systems and immunization outreach and education efforts. Authorizes appropriations.
