BLM Reauthorization Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to authorize appropriations for programs, functions, and activities of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) of the Department of the Interior through FY 2001.
Changes the date for the Secretary of the Interior's submission of a request of authorizations for BLM programs, functions, and activities to January 1, 1999, and each third odd-numbered year thereafter.
